Having worked as HSEQ Director for several majors, Cath has presided over development of
standards for the full range of Safety and Environmental Risk and Hazard areas. Having worked in Quality and Completion for several large infrastructure projects and having completed ISO
Quality audits for organisations in every sector, (education, cleaning, manufacturing etc.) Cath
has the experience to develop policies, procedures and processes to support your individual

ISO Certification and Audit Readiness
With experience as a QES ISO Auditor Cath has worked on the inside of ISO and OFSC Certifications and knows how to prepare an organisation to achieve and successfully maintain certification. Cath has also assisted Health Care, Aged Care, Child Care and Allied Health Practices achieve certification to the relevant Standards.
Cath successfully prepared a major global engineering and project delivery organisation to achieve QES ISO Certification across its four South African Offices in just four weeks – an example of the degree to which she understands both organisations and the certification process.
Commissioning and Completions Management
Working on the Level Crossing Removal and Suburban Rail Loop projects in Victoria Cath oversaw on-time and defect free completion. This success was rewarded with an invitation to address Construction NZ Conference with a how-to presentation to share the methodology of her success. Understanding the Contract, understanding the Risks, understanding how important it is to set up for Completions and Handover from the start are identified as the key success factors.
Business Process Improvement
With qualifications in Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE 2 Project Management and being a certified PROSCI Change Management Professional Cath has overseen many business improvement reviews and projects to increase efficiency and decrease waste. Of note, working on the Victorian Big Build Cath led the Project Management fraternity to process flow project start-up, delivery and completions to ensure projects were set up to deliver on time and defect free. This process flow was requested to be presented to the Project Management Institute Chapter in Victoria.
